Company Christmas Parties in Wake Forest NC

Give them a company Christmas party with something better on the agenda

Your team made it through another year of deadlines, calendar invites and someone asking whether everyone can see their screen.

At Battle House Laser Tag in Wake Forest, coworkers trade their usual routine for indoor laser tag missions and friendly competition. Call it a corporate holiday party. Call it employee appreciation. Just do not call it another meeting.

Holiday Celebrations

New Years Fun

Bring the Wake Forest and North Raleigh Crew Together

Planning for a business in Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville or North Raleigh? Our location near The Factory and across from the Polar Ice hockey rinks gives your group a local place to gather.

We have hosted group events for organizations including WakeMed, Epic Games and Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital.

Your holiday celebration does not need a big company name behind it, though. Bring the office, the clinic staff or the small business crew that helped make the year happen.

Whether your coworkers share a workspace or mostly know each other through video calls, make this an invitation to enjoy some time together without a project attached.

Give the Party Something to Talk About

Our staff explains the equipment, organizes the teams and guides the missions. Players work toward shared objectives instead of standing around waiting for somebody to start a conversation.

Maybe the person who never speaks during meetings becomes the best communicator in the arena. Maybe the most confident coworker discovers that confidence is not a strategy.

Either way, there is something to discuss besides next quarter.

Make the goal simple: spend time together, enjoy a little competition and give the team a proper break from work. Bragging rights are welcome. Adding the results to anyone’s performance review is probably taking it too far.

Make Room for Food, Gifts and a Thank You

Want to gather after the games? Outside food can be delivered or catered in when you rent an event room. Food arrangements are separate from the laser tag experience.

Planning an employee thank you, a gift exchange or a few words from the boss? Include those plans when you inquire so we can discuss room availability and the time you need.

Give the celebration room to breathe. The person who organized the whole thing deserves to enjoy it, too.

Let's Start Planning Your Event

Start With Your Guest List and Preferred Date

Before sending the invitation, gather your estimated player count and a couple of possible dates. Tell us whether you are planning a department outing or a larger company celebration.

Consider what would make the event easiest for your crew to attend. Would an afternoon away from work make a better thank you than another evening commitment? Would an earlier seasonal gathering fit better than squeezing one more event into December?

Start with the people you want to celebrate. Build the plan around them.

Wake Forest Company Christmas Party Questions

FAQs

Can our company book a private holiday party? +-

Yes. Wake Forest offers private event booking options. Request private play when planning, and confirm the arrangement before telling your guests the arena will be reserved exclusively for your company.

Can we hold our holiday party during the workday? +-

Ask about availability outside regular public hours. These events require advance coordination, so send your preferred date, start time and estimated attendance to our Wake Forest team.

Can you accommodate a larger company group? +-

Contact us to discuss the format before booking. Larger celebrations may need multiple game sessions, so share your expected player count and how much time you have for the outing.

Will first time players know what to do? +-

Our staff provides a safety briefing and explains the equipment and missions before play. Nobody needs to study game strategies before accepting the invitation.

What should we send when requesting pricing? +-

Include your preferred date, approximate number of players, desired event length and whether you want private play. Mention any event room needs, food plans or additional gathering time you are considering.

Put Something Fun on the Office Calendar

Bring the people who made the year possible. Give them a company holiday party that feels like a thank you, not an assignment.

The next calendar invitation might actually get an enthusiastic response.
