A Waukesha Fundraiser That Does Not Depend on the Weather

Wisconsin families are great at supporting their schools, teams and community organizations.

Maybe slightly less excited about another coupon book, frozen food order or roll of wrapping paper appearing on the kitchen counter.

Battle House Laser Tag gives Waukesha organizations a more memorable option. Supporters get an indoor night of tactical laser tag, and your organization earns money from qualifying ticket sales.

No outdoor setup. No rain plan. No asking volunteers to stand outside in February and pretend they are comfortable.

Raise Money While Your Supporters Play Laser Tag

Our Classic Fundraiser works like a traditional school spirit night, except supporters spend the evening playing mission based laser tag instead of simply meeting for dinner.

1 Choose an eligible Monday through Friday date.

2 Battle House creates a custom fundraiser ticket link for your organization.

3 Share the link with families, teammates, friends and community supporters.

4 Supporters purchase through the link, come play and help your organization raise money.

The more qualifying players who participate, the more your organization earns.

10 to 24 players: Receive 15% of eligible ticket sales

25 to 49 players: Receive 25% of eligible ticket sales

50 or more players: Receive 35% of eligible ticket sales

Donations are based on full price tickets purchased through your custom link. Discounted tickets and tickets purchased with coupons do not qualify. Spirit nights are open to the public unless a private fundraiser is arranged.

Waukesha School, Hockey and Youth Group Fundraisers

Battle House welcomes families and organizations from Waukesha, Pewaukee, Brookfield, New Berlin and surrounding communities west of Milwaukee.

Pilgrim Park Middle School has previously promoted a laser tag fundraising night at Battle House Waukesha. We have also hosted school, sports and youth groups including Germantown High School, Kettle Moraine Middle School, Elmbrook Youth Hockey Association, Carroll University and Concordia University Wisconsin.

Pilgrim Park is part of the School District of Elmbrook, which serves Brookfield, Elm Grove and portions of New Berlin.

A Battle House fundraiser can support PTO programs, school clubs, uniforms, hockey fees, tournament travel, camps, equipment, mission trips or another goal important to your organization.

Students can invite friends. Teammates can bring siblings. Parents can play too.

The parents who insist they are not competitive are often the first ones asking whether their team won the mission.

Need a Raffle or Auction Donation Instead?

Already planning a school carnival, silent auction, raffle or charity event?

Contact Battle House about a possible ticket certificate or laser tag package. Qualifying organizations can use it as a prize and keep the money raised through their event.
