Battle House Gift Card Questions
If your Gift Card is purchased online, you’ll receive an emailed copy of it, which you can then send to friends or relatives if you’re not in the same area as them. Or if you are a parent buying it for your kids, you can access it on your online account.
If you need plastic gift card, you’re more than welcome to stop into any of our stores during our open hours and purchase the gift card in person so that you have something to put into a card.
Gift cards will work at the location you purchased it from.
You can use the gift card to reserve tickets online. Just go through the normal booking process. When you get to the final payment page, there should be a drop-down for promo codes or gift cards and it’ll prompt you to enter the number there.
You’re welcome to use gift cards to purchase tickets, upgrades, party packages. Period. The one thing we do not ask is using gift cards on private events, as the private event is already at a discounted per player rate in these gift cards for Cyber Monday deals or otherwise are already at a discount. So it’s kind of like triple stamping a double stamp and we prefer you do not do that.
