Classic Fundraiser (Spirit Night Event)
1. PICK A GAME DATE/TIME
Choose your event date and time, Monday through Friday. *Most groups pick Friday, unless they normally meet on a certain night of the week already*
2. PLAN YOUR VISIT
Come see what we’re all about, get photos for marketing your fundraiser, and get a feel for Battle House. *This really helps in getting familiar with how the event will run, and getting the word out to your group*
3. SPREAD THE WORD
We’ll create a custom Fundraiser Ticket link on our website. Share it with your community so they can purchase tickets under your fundraiser name.
4. THE DONATION!
50+ players: Earn 35% of ticket sales back to your organization
*quick math 50 players at $43 each, our donation back to you will be $753*
25–49 players: Earn 25% back
10-24 players: No worries we’ve got you covered! We will donate 15% back
*This would be on the full priced tickets, with no discounts our coupons applied. All spirit night are open to the public unless a private fundraiser is booked*
