Before play begins, our team explains the equipment, reviews the Rules of Engagement, and makes sure every player understands how the session works. Leaders can also use the session as a starting point for discussion. The changing missions create natural examples of communication, serving a role, encouraging teammates, adapting, and staying calm when the first plan goes sideways.
